[OS X TeX] memoir question

I think the default for the memoir class is that chapters in the
appendix are labelled 'Apendix A,B,C,...' anyway. Try putting the
appendices in an an appendices environment

\begin{appendices}
\chapter{Option Games}
...

\end{appendices}

This works for me. pdflatex 1.20a, Memoir 1.61
