[OS X TeX] TeXTures

I had to make some TeXTures files into .tex sources useable in a generic 
TeX installation once.  As I recall, TeXTures stores image files in the 
resource fork of the corresponding textures file.  I had to use a tool 
to extract them, since I didn't have the originals.  (CanOpener, I think 
it was.)  But then, you probably have the originals, since it's your 
book....
