[OS X TeX] Who should use (La)TeX - who is able to use it?

I'm sorry it is taken that way. I was simply trying to reassert the 
opinions of others who have written code, and actually worked these 
problems, that there is a big difference between believing the problem 
can be solved (or as Alain stated, had been solved), and actually doing 
it. If the problem is solved, then he should prove it by programming 
it. Relying on others to prove his assertion is not going to result in 
a solution. It is an unfair burden on them.

Further, this is actually the Mac-TeX list. I'm lost as to how this 
discussion as it has digressed is still related to TeX. Such an 
implementation would not need to be tied to TeX, and no such constrain 
should be proposed at the beginning of such an undertaking. A practical 
problem-solving approach should be undertaken by Alain to evaluate the 
validity of his hypothesis. This includes evaluation of appropriate 
languages, incl XML etc., exist and figuring out which one/s to use.

Again, I'm sorry that my pithy statement has been perceived as 
sarcastic. It was meant to be pointed, not sarcastic. Sarcasm, or the 
lack thereof, is extremely difficult to convey or interpret in in 
email.
