[OS X TeX] Extracting Odd-number Pages in PDF files

No need to generate a separate pdf, the functionality is built into the
standard printing system.

In the print sheet, choose "Paper handling" from the third popup menu
(the first one is labeld "printer", the second "presets", and the last
one has no title).

Here you can pick odd or even or all.
