[OS X TeX] TeXniscope v0.3 is out.

 From some reports I received it seems that on certain systems v0.3
hangs-up while launching.
I still do not understand where the problem is .so more feedback is
appreciated.
In particular I have no access to a machine in which it doesn't work. I
tried it on my machine and on an iMac.
