Does it already? From TeXShop help:
There is a way to get TeXShop to display these synchronization points. 
The preview window toolbar has a checkbox item called SyncMarks. By 
default, this item is not shown; use Customize Toolbar in the Window 
menu to select it. When the checkbox is checked, synchronization points 
are shown.
