[OS X TeX] microtype.sty and german.sty

From the texlive list I gather two things:

1. german.sty is notorious for causing this kind of problem. use
\usepackage[german]{babel} instead
2. A newer version of microtype has a workaround. It has been added to
my i-Package which has been updated. There are more changes. The new
version is available from the *EXPERIMENTAL* i-Directory.
