Invoke 'texdoc fontinstallationguide' -- if not sufficient you could 
continue

texdoc et99-font-tutorial
texdoc et99-font-tables

'texdoc fontinst' shows you a very detailed description of how to make 
a PostScript font available for TeX. Easier might be XeTeX: 
http://scripts.sil.org/cms/scripts/page.php?site_id=nrsi&id=xetex and 
http://www.tug.org/pipermail/xetex/. You might need Will Robinson's 
fontspec: http://www.mecheng.adelaide.edu.au/~will/tex/.
