Bon jour!
Check in Terminal (or such)
/usr/local/teTeX/share/texmf.local/web2c/updmap.log what date it has
and whether it contains fourier.map:
pronto> ls -l /usr/local/teTeX/share/texmf.local/web2c/updmap.log
-rw-r--r-- 1 root pete 5319 5 Nov 16:13
/usr/local/teTeX/share/texmf.local/web2c/updmap.log
pronto> grep fourier /usr/local/teTeX/share/texmf.local/web2c/updmap.log
using map file
`/usr/local/teTeX/share/texmf.gwtex/fonts/map/dvips/fourier/
fourier.map'
If the log file is old, elder than the date of your installation's end,
just invoke 'sudo updmap' and pay attention to the generated output
whether fourier.map is mentioned. (You could check with grep too.)
If it's missing just invoke 'sudo updmap --enable Map fourier.map' --
this should fix it finally!
'updmap --help' gives some hints.
