[OS X TeX] Problem with lucidabr

To undo this invoke

sudo updmap --disable  lucidabr-k.map
sudo updmap --disable  lumath-k.map

Then check once more whether the ligatures still don't work.


On the command line many programmes accept the option '--help', and if 
they don't, they'll start to teach you you to use them!
