[OS X TeX] kind of TeXShop for Windows ?

No need to apologize. It's nowhere near as nice on Windows as it is 
here on Mac OS X thanks to the hard work of Gerben, Richard, Jerome, 
et. al.

I believe you may be confused because Siep had said:

By that last ``integrated'' I believe Siep meant that fptex is 
integrated / a part of TeXlive, _not_ that it was integrated in the 
same fashion as TeXshop is.

In order to use fptex more comfortably you should download an 
integrated editor, TexnicCenter ( http://www.toolscenter.org/ ) or 
Winshell ( http://www.winshell.de/ ) are two good choices.

You'll then edit your file, process it, and hit a button to bring up a 
program to preview it in.

As I've noted previously, you might want to look into LyX ( 
http://www.lyx.org ) or Scientific WorkPlace (commercial software) or 
BaKoMa TeX (shareware). I'm pretty sure that last is the closest thing 
to TeXshop for Windows. (better in some ways, since one can click on a 
previewed .dvi, and begin typing / editing w/ a fair verisimilitude of 
WYSIWYG according to the on-line description).
