[OS X TeX] TeX i-Package update

There have been a few silent upgrades to the TeX i-Package. Here is a 
list of things that have changed recently:

2004/10/04:
• Make sure texdoc tries to open PDF and PS before DVI
2004/10/02:
• Created default working texdoc/texdoctk setup for Mac OS X
2004/10/31:
• Added doc/latex/texpower to gwTeX
• Get tipa from TeX Live into gwTeX instead from our own archive
• Get ucs from TeX Live into gwTeX instead from our own archive
• Install RelSymb stuff in better locations (TL2004-compliant)
2004/10/30:
• Added xcolor to gwTeX when TL2003 is chosen

So a couple of items have been updated to latest versions and texdoc 
now works. Try

	texdoc dvips

on the command line ;-)

Frontend designers may want to include texdoc calling when trying to 
open/find documentation/manuals.
