I had a look at these. Here you have one of the few examples of a 
situation where installing using the command line /developer system is 
simple and fool proof (given that you have a make program or the 
Developer tools installed). Creating a binary package is far more work 
(if you want to make installation robust).

If someone else wants to make the package, I'll be happy to support him 
or her. For me it is too much work currently. Remind me in 7 weeks time 
of nothing has happened in the meantime.
