[OS X TeX] XY plots (probably OT)

I can support Adam's reply. Excellent plotting program. In addition 
huge student discount (I think 99 USD) and you get mac and windows 
version. However steep learning curve. Curve fitting is difficult to do 
if you data are not equally  spaced on the x-axis.
