There must be something wrong with your TeX installation. Here:

legimc11:~ brunovoisin$ kpsewhich texnansx.enc
/usr/local/teTeX/share/texmf.tetex/dvips/base/texnansx.enc

You may try reinstalling TeX from i-Installer.
