[OS X TeX] Problem with tex.ii

I upgraded to the the latest tex.ii last week, but unfortunately it gave a
configuration error. 

Starting configure tasks
Configure stage failed

No more details are given. Normal (pdf)latex processing works, however
dvips gives an error:

This is dvips(k) 5.94a Copyright 2003 Radical Eye Software (www.radicaleye.com)
dvips: ! Couldn't find header file texc.pro

texc.pro is available in /usr/local/teTeX/share/texmf/dvips/base/texc.pro

So what is happening?
