It's available from Adobe's site, but you'll have to look for the
advice of some font specialist (William, Bruce?) to decide which format
to use (OpenType, PostScript, whatever) and for which platform (Mac or
Windows):

- Utopia Standard OpenType
<http://www.adobe.com/type/browser/P/P_1414.jhtml>

- Utopia Standard Opticals OpenType
<http://www.adobe.com/type/browser/P/P_1415.jhtml>

- Utopia PostScript <http://www.adobe.com/type/browser/P/P_104.jhtml>

- Utopia Expert PostScript
<http://www.adobe.com/type/browser/P/P_105.jhtml>

I think for TeX on OS X and PostScript fonts, you should ask for the
Windows packages (the Mac ones are for OS 9), and that for OpenType
fonts you can use the Mac packages, but I'm not sure.

As to the price I cannot comment, the only fonts I have ever purchased
separately from an OS were Lucida and MathTime directly from Blue Sky
Research.
