I agree it would be nice to have them installed in gwTeX.
However, installing them is actually really easy. Only three steps!

1. Download fourier-GUT.zip, extract on desktop. Open the fourier-GUT 
folder and delete the two text files (makefile & README)

2. Open terminal and type:

ditto ~/Desktop/fourier-GUT/ ~/Library/texmf/

3. Still in terminal, type:

sudo updmap --enable Map fourier.map

That's it!
The terminal command ditto is your friend, because it merges the 
fourier-GUT folder heirarchy into the local texmf heirarchy.
