[OS X TeX] Word Count!

Howdy,
Well... I tried it with a document that contains only one simple displayed
formula and \pagestyle{empty} in the preamble and each symbol was counted as
a single word, as you expected. Sigh... back to page one unless you don't
have formulae in your document.
