[OS X TeX] Flashmode 2.0 all variants

Flashmode 2.0 and its corresponding modifications for TeXShop and 
iTeXMac are now commercially available for $29.50. European customers 
have to add their local VAT.

- There are now three Flashmode-alt copies.
- Compilation has been optimized.
- A G5 optimized version of Flashmode-[(TS)- (ITM)]-Scripts is included.
