Yes it does. A complete TeX-savvy, syntax-coloring, code-folding (though 
GUI-less) vim comes already with Mac OSX, so you don't even have to 
install anything. Gvim (vim+GUI) exists in versions for X11 - available 
from Fink, for example - and for Aqua - available from 
http://macvim.org/OSX/ even for versions of OSX that don't yet exist. 
All free and open source.
