[OS X TeX] Changing keyboard shortcuts in TeXShop

It is tedious to edit KeyEquivalents.plist. You'd better define your 
shortcuts as NSUserKeyEquivalents in

     /Users/you/Library/Preferences/TeXShop.plist

or

     /Users/you/Library/Preferences/.GlobalPreferences.plist

if you want them to work also with other apps.

Of course, you can use System Preferences => Keyboard & Mouse => 
Keyboard Shortcuts which however is somewhat restrictive.
