[OS X TeX] Flashmode 1.2.2a

This is a silent upgrade as Richard Koch would say.

Version 1.2.2a:
- The applet 'Flashmode-one' now uses 'xelatex' as type engine.
- 'Flashmode-Scripts' contains additional buttons and most buttons have 
tooltips enabled.

For those of you, who own already 1.2.2, it might be preferable to 
simply download 'Flashmode-Scripts 1.1.1' and change the shell script 
for 'Flashmode-one', if at all.
