[OS X TeX] Flashmode 1.1.1

I added buttons for the five Flashmode applications to the panel. If 
you don't see the buttons for 'Flashmode-one' to 'Flashmode-alt' just 
update. Sorry for the inconvience, I hope you don't mind.
