[OS X TeX] OmniOutliner 3 Beta Released.

I've just found out from OmniGroup that the LaTeX exporter is currently 
being worked on at the moment as an "add-on exporter", which will 
require the Pro version.

Looking over the beta release, I'm pretty impressed. I love the idea of 
organising myself with outlines, but somehow I always seem to be too 
disorganised to do so... :)
