Howdy,

Note that the PP4LaTeX script first calls pdflatex and then ppower4p, not
ppower4. Indeed, ppower4, as described above, is along the normal path; it
is ppower4p that no longer exists and doesn't appear to be needed. My
suggestion just substituted the ppower4 command for the ppower4p command.
