Howdy,
Try removing the CommandCompletion.txt file in
"~/Library/TeXShop/CommandCompletion/". When you restart TeXShop and request
a completion (e.g., \b and then ESC) it should work. Does it?
A new default CommandCompletion.txt is created in that directory. Open that
one in TeXShop (Format->Completion->Open Completion File...) and empty that.
Then add any ones you want. Does it still work?
