Hi Bob,

Doing more testing after Dick asked me for a more detailed report, I 
realized this happens only with files which have spaces in their path. 
For example, a file in directory "Article 4/Version 1". I verified the 
same problem with using epstopdf directly from the command line, but 
apparently previous versions of TeXShop invoked epstopdf through a 
clever script which took care of spaces etc.
