[OS X TeX] TeXniscope v0.2

I am perfectly happy with TeXshop + pdfsync on 10.3, at least for the
foreseeable future, but I am also curious.
So, I looked up the TeXniscope on the site but didn't get what it did
that TeXshop didn't.
Of course, I could just try it, but just now, what with keeping having
to trash .aux files for no reason that I can see, and with Mail going
berserk etc, I am a little bit shy of … installing anything.
