[OS X TeX] New TeXShop macro: "Insert reference"

Your page has the instructions for installing the Macros:

	Installation instructions have changed. Download this file, and then 
go to the
	Macro Editor in TeXShop, choose "Add macros from file..." in the Macro 
menu,
	then choose the file and arrange as you like. Easy!

Unfortunately, I don't have an "Add macros from file..." item in my 
Macros Editor in the latest version of TeXShop.

Specifically, I choose "OPen Macros Editor" from the Macros menu, and 
then I get a Window with various buttons like
New Menu, Subitem, Separator, but there is no sign of Add Macros from 
File.

Am I missing something obvious here?
