[OS X TeX] CTAN zip download

Hi,
Not all CTAN mirrors support the creation of on-the-fly .zip or .tar.gz
files, possibly uni-bielefeld doesn't. The UK-TeX site supports them
for sure, but ntg.nl doesn't (for example).
