[OS X TeX] do not reply to another thread when starting a new thread

Please create a new/fresh message when starting a new thread. It makes 
it so much easier to find messages when they are properly threaded 
together in Mail. (I have over 16,500 messages in my Mac OS X TeX List 
mailbox.)
