[OS X TeX] Problems with tex4ht

Tex4ht produces many images that have to be loaded in the web page. 
Therefore, in order to publish a html document created by tex4ht, it is 
recommended to use a separate folder containing all files and images 
ceated by tex4ht and upload that special folder to the server.
