[OS X TeX] Mxdvi and TeXShop or iTexmac question

Hello,

Does anybody know how to make Mxdvi (as far as I know the only free dvi
viewer that runs natively on OS X) work with iTeXMac and/or TeXShop? I have
tried the instructions to get the source synchronize with the preview that
came with it unsuccessfully.
