You can put in a package request on Fink's package request tracker. But 
I wouldn't hold my breath. I had a look at this thing and found it 
pretty appalling (from a porting point of view). The project seems 
basically dead, it comes back from the grave once every 3 years or so. 
It uses Clisp, but doesn't work with any known contemporary version of 
CLisp. It has a home-grown build system that seems to be older than any 
of the contemporary tools that allow platform independence. And so on. 
Is it really worth it?
