I just did this using the TeX-Thin Installer:

1. Start "Thin" TeX GS installer. (downloaded from here:
	ftp://ftp.nluug.nl/pub/comp/macosx/volumes/TeX-thin.dmg)
2. Enter admin name and password
3. Close all windows
4. Select "Open Remote i-Package" from the File Menu
5. Entered http://www.ntg.nl/macosx-tex/i-packages/gs7.ii/
6. Pressed Return and loaded up the installer.

Anything different.
