[OS X TeX] BibTeX error - can anyone see what is wrong?

Did you check there's no invisible character hidden between "Go" and
"vernment"? Try retyping this word, and see what happens. Or open the
file in BBEdit, for example, and check "Show invisibles".
Or did you check all matching braces {}, and also "", before this point
in the file?
