The .bb file is created automatically by the Illustrator plug-in. Ross
Moore and Wendy McKay describe the creation and use of .bb files with
WARMreader in various publications. See:

<http://www-texdev.mpce.mq.edu.au/WARM/WARMhome/>

WARMFigToPDF is usable without a .bb file or any WARMreader "stuff".
Simply take a .ps (PostScript) file and drag it onto WARMFigToPDF and
it will find the proper bounding box and create an .eps and .pdf file
for you.
