RC3 is available. Changes with respect to RC2a:
	- Setting the URL of a package is now directly supported
	- It is possible to set a package that requires authentication to
ignore that setting and run unauthenticated (menu option). That way,
someone without administrator access could install TeX somewhere in his
own home directory (ignore authentication and change install location).
Note that this is useful for TeX, but it is not useful for ghostscript.
*), so one will be limited to using pdfTeX if one does not have
administrator access). Setting the system-wide CLI environment during
configuration will of course also fail since write access is not
available.

See http://www.rna.nl/ii.html for access to i-Installer and
http://www.rna.nl/tex.html for access to the TeX-fat volume.

PS. It seems www.ntg.nl has completely lost the macosx-tex tree (and
that exactly at the moment that I announced i-Installer v2 and the TeX
packages. That means that for the time being, UTAH is the only source
of i-Packages and i-Directories,

*) The reason is that TeX is smart and ghostscript somewhat less smart
when it goes looking for support files. Without special tricks
(environment mainly), a relocated ghostscript will be unable to work
because the compiled-in path will be incorrect. It is easy enough to
set this environment for your login shell (as I do with the search path
for TeX), but it is less straightforward for GUI applications like TeX
frontends.
