I am running the latest TeXShop and teTeX under OS X 10.2.1, and still
I am having this problem. It might be localization-specific, as here is
what Console.app says when I'm dragging an EPS file onto TeXShop:
2002-10-09 18:32:00.905 TeXShop[753] CFLog (0):
CFPropertyListCreateFromXMLData(): plist parse failed; the data is not
proper UTF-8. The file name for this data could be:
/Applications/TeXShop/TeXShop.app/Contents/Resources/French.lproj/
Localizable.strings
The parser will retry as in 10.1, but the problem should be corrected
in the plist.
2002-10-09 18:32:01.595 TeXShop[753] launch path not accessible
But then, the original message on this thread was sent by "tom"
<keyes at bu.edu>, who I suppose is running the American localization, so
I'm quite lost.
Would the problem be cured by erasing some .plist file?
