TeX-fat.dmg (http://www.rna.nl/tex.html) no longer has Ghostscript. You 
have to use i-Installer (http://www.rna.nl/ii.html) to install 
Ghostscript 6 (OS X 10.1.x) or Ghostscript 7 (OS X 10.2).
