[OS X TeX] Using BBEdit like Emacs for TeXing?

Hi there, I've just started getting into TeX on Mac OS X. I hope this
question hasn't been asked too many times before...
I've been using TeXShop with the hybrid teTex/TeXLive distribution and
so far it's been great. However, is it possible to do all my TeXing
from inside BBEdit, rather like how Emacs generally is used? (I've just
started learning BBEdit.)
What I'd like is the ability to
* compile TeX source
* display/parse/highlight compile errors so I can click on them to jump
to the relevant part in the source
* display the output using Preview or Acrobat Reader
all from within BBEdit.
Anybody had any experience with this? Thankyou!
Andrew.
