[OS X TeX] [ANN] Carbon mac-emacs LaTeX-enhanced 2.0 for Jaguar

I had a few days of bliss with this new version of emacs.
Unfortunately, it no longer works after applying the Mac OS X 10.2.2
update!  The program crashes while trying to launch it.
