[OS X TeX] Full Screen PDF presentation?

There's a great page that covers more than anyone wants. I currently 
use foiltex, simple, but simple. Gets the job done. I've used pdfscreen 
once, but never got to even give the presentation ("must be in 
PowerPoint" said the drone.).
