[OS X TeX] added archive link to footer of all messages

As you can see below, I have added a link to the threaded list archives to
the footer of every message that is sent out. I know that this makes the
messages longer, but if you are sure to remove that stuff when quoting
messages, it shouldn't be too much of a problem.

As usual, all complaints and suggestions can be sent to me. :-)
