[OS X TeX] MacGhostView update

MacGhostViewX, MacGhostView, and macps2pdf have been upgraded to 
ghostscript 7.05. No new features have been added to MacGhostViewX but
MacGhostView now can print Postscript files on a non Postscript printer
by sending bitmap images to the printer. Macps2pdf supports the 
drag-n-drop mechanism for converting multiple Postscript or encapsulated
Postscript files to PDF.

MacGhostViewX is freeware and can be downloaded from
http://www.kiffe.com/textools.html. 

MacGhostView and macps2pdf are shareware and can be downloaded from
http://www.kiffe.com/macghostview.html.
