[OS X TeX] Two questions (documentation-related)

I don´t know where the ConTeXt documentation is (ctan maybe?) but to 
find files in your /usr/local/teTeX/ you can use find:
in Terminal type
find /usr/local/teTeX/ -name '*PutWordToFindHere*'
then type
open
and copy & paste the path you want.
