[OS X TeX] How to crop a PDF to the BBox?

Set up a PostScript printer with a .ppd which allows custom page
sizes---not sure if Mac OS X has a UI for creating them yet or no, but
if not, you could just hand-edit the .ppd to have the desired sizes.
Or, use a graphics program like FreeHand which automagically will create
correct custom page sizes.
Alternately, the full version of Adobe Acrobat is able to crop .pdfs
visually / interactively, as are a number of the .pdf viewing programs
for NeXT/OPENstep (but none of them got ported 'cause Adobe Acrobat
Reader is free)
