[OS X TeX] ITeXMaC is great!

Tab. This is the behavior of Alpha and, I believe, other editors (Even MS 
Word).

TeX:Activate Project:altpdflatex

I agree this could be made clearer. Instead of the word Project, I would use 
the word "Mode" (TeX is already the menu name).
