[Mac OS X TeX] References Document

Hey guys,

I'm new to the list and only a few months into my association with 
LaTex...
so here's a "stupid" question that may have been covered in previous 
posts, but I'll venture to ask anyway...

I have a bibliography file going for my dissertation research....   What 
is the easiest way to generate a document that is just a list of the 
references, with maybe "References" as the title on the first page?
